The Excellerate Process Support Coordinator will work with the Process Improvement Specialist and the Operational Excellence Team to assist in developing process standards between all facilities. The role will help to support process standardization and collaborate with all affected groups to support standard processes put in place by the Process Improvement Specialist.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Education: High School Diploma or GED


Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Communication skills, understanding of Excel, problem solving skills and a positive attitude preferred.


Travel: 10-15% based on Company need


Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6AM and 6 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Work directly with the Process Improvement Specialist to learn newly implemented processes.

  • Assist in training personnel and updating documentation for newly implemented processes.

  • Provide support to operational teams after implementation or improvement of processes.

  • Identify additional training or improvement opportunities.

  • Support the development and improvement of standardized processes through training, documentation, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monitoring.

  • Assist in supporting process standards and documentation that is in accordance with ISO standards.

  • Assist in executing an effective audit plan to ensure site compliance with documented standards.

  • Assist in training Process owners that will assist in auditing and ensuring compliance with developed standards.

  • Collaborate with the Process Improvement Specialist and site CI Leads to identify process improvement opportunities and utilize lean tools to implement solutions.

  • Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
