WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics leads, manages, and analyzes the constituent relationship management (CRM) platform, reporting and analytics program, affiliated systems, and processes across multiple countries in order to meet strategic goals. They are responsible for both the systems product and the associated services. They participate in strategic planning, design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of multiple projects related to the systems. They lead the design and oversight of business processes related to fundraising activities, gift processing, data integrity and systems. They oversee the architecture development for reporting capabilities and deployment of the reports suite with the goal of optimizing fundraising and operations and guiding the analysis and insights for decision making across the multidisciplinary membership team in each country.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• 6 years' experience as a business professional in IT or similar field.
• Experience in implementation of with direct response database, marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working.
• Experience with IT systems and methodologies.
• Supervisory experience or managing a team of muti-disciplinary professionals across multiple countries.
• Experience in cultivating and managing client and vendor relationships.
• Experience in managing large datasets, create insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making within organizations.
• Experience in defining and documenting complex systems and operational requirements.
• Experience in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external audiences.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization.
• English is required.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION

Must be comfortable working non-traditional hours and collaborating across diverse time zones. Requires travel to in-person events, estimated at up to 8 times per year, as determined by the department lead or manager in support of Membership, functional team, professional development, project, and other work-related activities.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $108,250 - $159,300 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
