Responsibilities
The Medical Services Support 4 is responsible for providing quality customer service on a timely basis and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled.
Responsible for communication and documentation between a wide customer base to include but not limited to, Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, Vendors, Auto Liability Members, and Injured Workers/Claimant.
Responsible for scheduling some or all of the following services: home health, transportation/translation, durable medical equipment, home/vehicle modifications, STIM units and supplies, wound care or incontinence supplies.
Supports supervisors and manager with escalations, quotes, reports, meetings, and training.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of customer service experience
Microsoft Office Suite and personal computer literacy/competency
Professional oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
Data entry experience
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Team-oriented with an ability to prioritize on-going tasks.
Problem-solving and strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Any experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers compensation
