WHAT YOU'LL DO 


The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ExamFX will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation, data management, and tech stack management & optimization. This role requires a candidate who is highly skilled in HubSpot, and who can lead initiatives to rethink and improve our utilization of HubSpot and other tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle and how to move prospective customers through each stage of the funnel.


This individual is responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the CRM & eCommerce platform for ExamFX. This manager will play a key role in both strategic direction and program implementation for the ExamFX website property. This role will also lead email marketing, marketing data hygiene and projects, digital analytics, new feature Quality Assurance and QA/UAT and CX/UX testing.


This position is responsible for managing projects focused on keeping the website consistent with our brand while providing the customer an exceptional experience. This includes evaluating the data and consumer journey analytics to assess opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will feel a sense of ownership over our tools and possess the ability to assess how we can best leverage them to drive the business forward.


The Lifecycle Marketing Manager coordinates cross-functional resources, establishes and manages project timelines and deliverables and ensures all projects are appropriately scoped, allocated resources, scheduled appropriately, delivered on time, within budget and to the original vision. This position meets with stakeholders within the sales, marketing, product, and IT teams as well as third-party vendors to understand each project and build project plans according to the requirements.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


This position will be hybrid from our Leawood, KS office.  We will consider remote candidates in the Continental United States.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • Lead the process of evaluating our tech stack and data sources then charting and implementing a path to consolidate and optimize use of our tools, then maintaining data hygiene processes

  • Evaluate our email and digital campaigns and implement optimizations

  • Manage day-to-day website updates

  • Provide measured reporting for the executive level to help guide overall marketing and operational direction within eCommerce

  • Email campaign development: testing, data segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis

  • Own lead nurture strategy including lead scoring and grading, lead routing rules, landing pages, ad hoc email campaigns, and webinar programs to meet new business goals, cross-sell, and retain current clients

  • Establish KPIs, set up tagging/tracking, monitor performance, implement tests, and make data-driven optimization recommendations

  • Serve as a primary point within the organization for cross functional partners acting to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and QA/UAT front end test site initiatives

  • Prepare project plans and manage project backlog.

  • Provide expertise on current industry best practices and lead the team and organization beyond current thinking

  • Develop and implement growth strategies through ExamFX websites

  • Support customer service with issues affecting website users

  • Guide ecommerce decision making, projects and workflow within the department


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred

  • 2+ years of progressive ecommerce marketing for both B2B and B2C

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot is required

  • Experience with Salesforce and Magento platform preferred

  • Deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle and how to move prospective customers through each stage of the funnel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus, lead, influence and delegate

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate customer insights into successful marketing programs

  • Possess a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers

  • Resourceful, proactive, solutions-oriented work style

  • Empathetic and current understanding of customer experience and expectations

  • Moderate understanding of SEO tactics, including experience with Google Analytics

  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS related to landing page and email design

  • Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and work cross-functionally

  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market and organizational dynamics

  • Understanding of user design, graphic design and interface principles of responsive

  • Experience with Marketing Automation software

  • B2B and B2C digital marketing experience
