As a Sr. Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within CDK. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage resources, and drive project success.
Job Responsibility:
Program Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational objectives and deliver value.
Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing team assignments and project workloads to optimize performance.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha! etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, guiding them toward achieving project goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent Communication: Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders verbally and in writing.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $102,000

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
