What You Will Do



The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects with defined goals, timelines, and deliverables. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge concepts, technologies, and products across a wide range of offerings. Key responsibilities include:


Implement the Project


  • Track project progress, adjusting as needed.

  • Establish regular communication to update stakeholders.

  • Review team output ensuring it meets project standards.

  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, secure, and accessible.

Plan the Project


  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholder input.

  • Confirm success criteria and evaluation metrics.

  • Develop a detailed plan outlining key activities and timelines.

Control the Project


  • Report project status and expenses to management and finance teams.

  • Monitor and approve budgeted project expenditures.

  • Maintain accurate financial records.

Staff the Project


  • Ensure proper resource allocation.

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting team members.

Evaluate the Project


  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Assess project outcomes against initial objectives.

  • Manage risks and escalate issues as needed.


What You Will Bring



  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

  • Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.

  • 2-4 years of experience.
