Volt is immediately hiring for an Administrative Support Representative in Portland, Oregon


As an Administrative Support Representative, you will:

• Responsible for answering phone calls and emails.

• Providing details to drivers on delivery locations.

• Accurately receives, sorts, and provides appropriate paperwork to drivers.\

• Handle customer, carrier provider and driver complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within approved time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.

• Maintain general office files, including job files, carrier provider and driver files related to Lanter Delivery Systems dock operations

• Protects company assets and confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Including, but not limited to, candidates, team members and proprietary company information.


This is a full-time opportunity.

Monday to Friday, 5:30 an - 2:00pm



The ideal candidate will have:


• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.

• Proven success as a dispatch /administrative and/or customer service.

• Logistics and/or transportation experience is a plus.


Pay Rate: $22 per hour


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
