Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Payroll Analyst for our Euclid, Ohio headquarters. The Payroll Analyst directly participates in day-to-day payroll processing and related activities for Lincoln Electric's US-based employees. Strong project management skills are critical to the timely achievement of recurring and periodic deadlines while maintaining appropriate internal and quality controls.

What You Will Do
The Payroll Analyst participates in processing payroll for hourly and salary employees representing multiple locations and subsidiaries. More specifically, this role will:
Participate in year-end processes, including W-2 production
Participate in various payroll and benefits projects, including acquisitions.
Collaborate well and coordinates with various stakeholders, including Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, and Accounting throughout the year.
Assist in the resolution of employee time, pay, benefit deduction, and compensation change issues.
Promote a robust internal control environment compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements through the documentation of processes and identification and implementation of process improvements.
Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
Become proficient in ADP Vantage.
Prepare various analyses upon request.
Remain current with applicable tax, unemployment, and other payroll laws and regulations.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience required
Experience with payroll practices with ability to research laws and regulations
Keen attention to detail and ability to meet all deadlines with a sense of urgency
Developed communications and writing skills
Demonstrate advanced computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Preferred
Experience with ADP Vantage
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and Fidelity (Benefits)
