As the Lead Analyst, HRIT , you will be an HRIT Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the highest-level technical expert to able to successfully carry out HRIT Quality Assurance (QA) activities in HR Systems Landscape areas; Lead QA activities and participate in defining, executing test strategy on all HR projects, enhancements, Production support and product upgrades within SuccessFactors. SuccessFactors Goals & Performance Module Configuration: Lead and participate in the configuration, support and implementation of enhancements to satisfy approved business requirements in You will be responsible for SuccessFactors Goals & Performance Module; Work on configuration and implementation of Talent Management module (PM, GM, CPM, PIP) which involves Performance Review forms, route map management, assigning of Employee individual goals, cascading the goals, Continuous Performance management and Performance Improvement program forms.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • HRIT Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the highest-level technical expert to able to successfully carry out HRIT Quality Assurance (QA) activities in HR Systems Landscape areas; Lead QA activities and participate in defining, executing test strategy on all HR projects, enhancements, Production support and product upgrades within SuccessFactors.

  • SuccessFactors Goals & Performance Module Configuration: Lead and participate in the configuration, support and implementation of enhancements to satisfy approved business requirements in SuccessFactors Goals & Performance Module; Work on configuration and implementation of Talent Management module (PM, GM, CPM, PIP) which involves

  • Performance Review forms, route map management, assigning of Employee individual goals, cascading the goals, Continuous Performance management and Performance Improvement program forms.

  • HR PowerApps Functional Support: Provide Functional support to company's Custom HR apps built on PowerApps/MS Flow/SharePoint platform; Lead a team of Quality analysts, Custom App Developers, oversee, manage their activities, and provide technical guidance wherever necessary.

  • Employee Portal Functional support: Collaborate and support the company's employee portal and its related contents, by working with various stake owners; Configure Site Contents, Quick links, navigations, documents, Forms, branding images in

  • company Portal; Manage the HR queues of ServiceNow tickets for the teams and act as a liaison by working with various stake owners and developers, wherever resolution is needed.

  • Control Evaluator for all HR/HRIT SOX Controls: Perform assessment of control effectiveness by evaluating evidence, communicate the results with external and internal auditors to

  • mitigate the risk of material misstatements related to HRIT department.


What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related.

  • Requires five (5) years of experience as a Senior Analyst, Technology Quality Assurance, or related.

  • Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following:

    • SuccessFactors modules Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment, Onboarding.

    • SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation Management, and Integration Center.

    • SucessFactors module Employee Central Payroll.

    • Working in JIRA.

    • Working in a SDLC process driven organization.
