What you will enjoy doing*


  • In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Linde's communication strategy through itscorporate social media platforms and work closely with the broadercommunications team

  • You will report to the Director, External Communications, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a program ofactivity which will drive brand visibility and reputation

  • Develop and implement targeted and effective social media plans that align with Linde's overall goals and objectives, support our business and help develop Linde's brand visibility

  • Create and manage high-quality content for social media, including campaigns, written posts, videos, others as needed

  • Align with Internal Communications on the joint production of material (e.g. features, videos, etc.)

  • Manage Linde's social media accounts to monitor comments and messages and respond to inquiries

  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Monitor social media trends, tools and applications to stay current with the latest developments in digital marketing, feeding these insights back into Linde's communications activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Global Communications colleagues, Investor Relations, Legal, and others to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

  • Additional duties as required and assigned, including supporting the broader efforts of the External Communications team


What makes you great


  • Bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of four years' experience as a social media manger, or in a similar role ideally with experience supporting corporate or B2B activity

  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, BlueSky, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude for crafting engagement content

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

The salary range for this role is $75,525 - $110,770.
