Title: Server


Job Purpose

Server at The Puttery's rooftop bar will need to have high-energy. A server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly greeting patrons, taking orders, offering recommendations to enhance their visit, and demonstrating expert knowledge of our food, beverage, and gaming offerings. This role also includes managing financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, all while maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere.


Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.


• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.


• Provide informed suggestions on menu items and activities to enhance guest satisfaction.


• Ensure seamless operation of cash handling and financial transactions.


• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.


• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic environment.


• Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to address guest inquiries confidently.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older.


• Minimum 3+ years' experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.


• Previous experience as a server is advantageous.


• Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.


• Organizational prowess with meticulous attention to detail.


• Effective time management abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs


• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance
