Summary:
The Crummer Graduate School of Business is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in elevating Crummer's communication and brand presence across both digital and print media. This role requires a fast, innovative, and detail-oriented designer who can create compelling visuals that resonate deeply with Crummer's diverse target audiences. They will be responsible for translating brand messages into engaging, cohesive designs that communicate Crummer's value across multiple platforms, including all social media channels, the Crummer website, and of course, the Crumer marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate has a passion for both creativity and efficiency, able to balance quick-turn projects with long-term design strategies. They will also develop a suite of adaptable, visually consistent templates tailored to each program, ensuring targeted communication that aligns with Crummer's brand standards. This designer will collaborate closely with the student success, alumni and admissions teams to deliver exceptional designs and collateral for both sales and social media campaigns that reflect Crummer's commitment to excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, strategic designer ready to drive Crummer's brand to the next level. As we transition from an internal marketing communications department to that of an agency "Brand Studio" model, it will be important for the designer to have an intuitive "brand sense". The ability to effectively build visual stories and animations from varied forms of strategic content to emotionally engage target audiences will be critical to this role.
