Job Summary:

The Project Manager will collaborate with the Executive Director of Institution of Biomanufacturing and Precision Medicine for North Texas (IMPRINT) to establish and execute project objectives, create comprehensive plans, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. The project encompasses various aspects such as administration, meeting coordination, recruitment, academic programming, financial management, human resources, policy development, grants, data administration, reporting, and conference and special events administration.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Analyzes, coordinates, evaluates, and executes projects, managing risks, maintaining workflow management, meeting deadlines, and developing sustainable goals.

  • Will provide comprehensive support for proposals and ensure efficient project management.

  • Develops, deploys, and maintains digital, print, and social media communications and creates documents and presentations.

  • Presents data and project information.

  • The individual fosters and maintains strong relationships with various stakeholders, acts as a liaison and ambassador for IMPRINT, and effectively navigates organizational processes.

  • Designs and maintains a system for data collection and creates processes to ensure that measures and/or metrics are collected to track and evaluate achievement of project goals.

  • Evaluates and assesses the projects' strengths and weaknesses.

  • Regularly prepares detailed meeting minutes, project plans, and progress reports.

  • Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, while also designing and executing an effective internal control system to ensure efficient operations and asset protection.

  • Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts and monitors each one, and handles procurement, billing, invoices, sourcing, and expenditures.

  • Trains, motivates, and coaches student employees.

  • Keeps relevant with technical, functionality and other project updates.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or health care administration, STEM, liberal arts, or related degree.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; OR nine (9) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree.
