The Director of Audience Insights & Segmentation is responsible for analyzing key data inputs across Gap Inc.'s portfolio of brands to generate insights that can be infused into marketing strategies, planning tactics and business decisions. Sitting within the Marketing Intelligence organization and reporting to the Sr. Director of Audience Intelligence, you will spearhead the creation of data-driven insights to strengthen the Gap Inc. brands' approach to audience strategy and segmentation across campaigns. You and your team will empower holistic modern media strategies and decisioning through a deep understanding of audience(s). This role is part of a new approach for Gap Inc., and you will be tasked with developing insights in collaboration with embedded resources across Gap's portfolio of brands. In this role, you will ensure marketing campaigns and media strategies are infused with data-driven insights and audience signals. You will be responsible for deriving holistic audience strategies by leveraging a multitude of first- and third-party data sources and platforms. You will serve as a key interface between the broader Audience team and Brand teams and possess a strong understanding of content trends, platforms, and audience segments.
This hybrid opportunity can sit in either one of our hub locations: San Francisco or NYC.

Salary Range: $164,200 - $217,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
