Support the Service business through the warehouse. Pull, pack, ship parts for customer orders. Coordinate all aspects of outbound shipments including routings, packing slips, bill of ladings, and serial documents and manage all associated tracking information in business system (SAP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual inspection of incoming parts and placing into inventory
Reporting of discrepancies
Verify bill of lading, stock locations, quantities and part numbers and store-received stock
Responsible for packaging, preparing and loading of orders provided by the stockroom
Responsible for pulling, bagging, and labeling stock for orders
Generate all orders for daily shipping. This includes deliveries, van stock, part kits, stock transports, and Field Service.
Create all picking labels and shipping labels for all orders
Process all orders through customer portals, Vertiv portal, UPS and FedEx machines
Process all RMA's from customers
Manage and process all Freight Claims in Database
Prepare International Documentation for all Int'l Orders
Perform cycle counts and verify stock numbers, quantities, locations, descriptions, and shelf life and troubleshoot discrepancies to identify corrective action
Create parts kits
Identify stock shortages
Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are met
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
One to three years of stockroom experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize existing business systems such as SAP
Demonstrated skills in decision making, organization
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
Computer literate coupled with strong typing skills with ability to utilize word processor and spreadsheet application software for written communications, reports
Tow Motor Certification may be required
