Job Description:

The Sr. HR Business Partner, position is responsible for the day-to-day human resource duties for Enpro's Alluxa Division. This role will have responsibility for all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll related topics, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws. The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.

  • Serves as HR operational support to Alluxa's Leadership team and employees on human resources related issues.
  • Partners with management to analyze trends, metrics and develops solutions, programs and policies to keep the organization moving forward.
  • Designs and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on business expansion and optimization, including strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, development, change management and employee relations.
  • Provides strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Serves as primary contact for payroll and leave of absence processing and related issues.
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Analyzes trends, market data, and metrics to propose solutions based on business needs.
  • Drives talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans.
  • Analyzes training needs and partners with the broader HR team in the development of programs.
  • Assists with managing employee events and recognition activities.
  • Partners closely with other HR partners within the AST segments and within Enpro on overall HR business strategy and execution.
  • Works closely with leadership teams to support employee relations issues.
  • Participates and leads projects as an integral member of the extended HR team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field. PHR or SHRM- CP certified preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $90,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
