The Quality System Specialist II, Post Market Support, is accountable for preparing, designing, and maintaining data reports and metrics to support compliance, drive continuous improvement, and bring visibility to customer and quality trending issues through data-driven analyses.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Process and analyze data in context, looking for patterns to help management make timely informed decisions and for escalation to business leaders.

  • Consistent application of Quality System standards to assigned Quality System area.

  • Develops solutions to routine assigned activities of moderate scope & complexity. Ensures quality conduct of projects, including design, data summary and interpretation, report and manuscript preparation and review adherence to applicable regulation.

  • Support periodical data review to identify and address trends.

  • Maintains annual competencies through training and documentation of training.






Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Life or Computer/Data Sciences

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant data analysis experience.

  • Experience with complaint data and medical device regulations is preferred.






Knowledge and Skills:



  • High level of problem identification, analysis, and formulation of conceptual/technical and business solutions.

  • Must be motivated, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to assess priorities.

  • Ability to take ownership, think independently and perform task with minimal supervision.

  • Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, software, and visualization, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at minimum.
