Demonstrated Agile, SAFe and Lean experience

Microsoft Office application knowledge
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience and understanding of FedEx, Planview, Digital.ai tool and Agility/SAFe principles
Subject matter expert in translating data and business intelligence needs to visual illustration requirements
Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI
Power Query
Power Automate
Data governance, data architecture and data modeling
Experience in tool-selection and retrofitting existing reporting systems
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Software Engineer II
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent. Two (2) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent. Three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $12,533.14/month
