Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to optimize user experience.
Data Integrity and Security: Prioritize data integrity, security, and data management best practices.
Apex Development: Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce functionality.
Lightning Component Development: Build and maintain Lightning Web Components to create modern, user-friendly interfaces.
Process Automation: Implement and maintain workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules to automate business processes.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and web services to ensure seamless data flow.
Cloud Site Development: Build and maintain custom Cloud sites to enhance user engagement and adoption.
AppExchange Development: Develop and deploy AppExchange solutions to extend Salesforce capabilities.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
Release Management: Collaborate with the release management team to ensure smooth and error-free deployments.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience in a complex environment
Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community) and NPSP
Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning framework, including Lightning Web Components
Proven track record in developing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Solid database background and experience working with SQL databases
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
Experience with third-party release management tools
Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
