Description: Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Plant Controller to be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the plant and work with Site Leadership on financial systems. Candidate with several years of Accounting Manager / Controller or Management of FP&A experience in Manufacturing are preferred. This position reports to the Global Corporate Controller

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Complete timely, informative and accurate monthly accounts reporting on the performance of the plant
Monitor key performance indicators
Ensure corporate budgeting process are carried out and reviewed
Provide an updated financial outlook based on current business trends and economic conditions
Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning to identify key drivers impacting financial performance
Manage net working capital (inventories)
Cost accounting
Cost savings/ monitoring yield support projects to enhance productivity
Monitor conversion costs
Identifying any challenges and opportunities to improve profitability & reporting these to the Plant Manager and Sales Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
Understanding of current accounting trends & GAAP
Experience with Microsoft Office: especially Excel is a must
Knowledge with SAP and reporting tool (Sigma reporting)
3-5 years or more of Accounting / Finance Experience - Preferably in Manufacturing
