Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Allentown, PA. Ideal candidates will have experience in a general contractor or flooring contractor's office.
Key Responsibilities:
Bid Process Assistance: Support Estimators by reviewing bid invitations, maintaining the electronic bid board, downloading and filing initial documents, logging bidders for projects, and filing bids post-submission.
Post-Bid Communication: Conduct initial follow-up with general contractors after bid submission.
Scope and Scheduling Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with general contractors/construction managers regarding scope requirements and scheduling. Make follow-up calls as needed to update the company schedule, ensuring timely ordering of materials, manpower assignments, and equipment deliveries.
Safety Compliance: Ensure safety compliance and maintain related documentation.
Field Coordination: Initiate and maintain electronic field coordination using PlanGrid.
Additional Support: Provide varied support to Estimators and Project Managers as needed.
