Description: Sr. New Account Setup Analyst (hybrid in Horsham, PA)


Pay Range: $50-55K plus an annual bonus


The Sr. New Account Setup Analyst our client's loan Servicing is a hybrid role based in Horsham, PA.


In this position, you will oversee the disbursement of escrow and principal curtailment funds to servicers, ensuring accurate tracking and booking of all transactions to the appropriate GL accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Funding, Accounting/Finance, Treasury, Post-Closing, Government Insuring, and external partners like title vendors and servicers. This role requires a few days on-site each week in our Horsham office.


Responsibilities: •Manage the daily disbursement process for new account setup, including escrow and principal curtailment remittances to servicers. •Obtain necessary approvals for fund releases and ensure timely processing. •Oversee the GL accounting report process, ensuring the accurate clearing of general ledger items. •Reconcile checks received from external vendors, title companies, and servicers, ensuring funds are applied to the correct accounts. •Track and manage supplemental wire requests. •Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.


Qualifications: •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in funding and reporting. •Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and external contacts. •3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage Closing, Funding, and/or Post-Closing. Accounting or finance experience is strongly preferred. •Experience with Excel and managing large spreadsheets is required.
