The Strategic Account Manager, Talent Solutions will manage and drive revenue growth for the most prestigious Equifax relationships. This role will understand the client's industry, business issues, and short / long range needs. As part of the Alliance Talent Solutions Sales Team for Equifax Workforce Solutions , the Strategic Account Manager, Talent Solutions, will be responsible for professionally handling a book of business that consists of background screeners that resell our products. The Strategic Account Manager will play a fundamental role in working with their customers on day-to-day needs, interacting with key executives and others in their organization on the Equifax strategic plan and positioning new products and services in the market in conjunction with an internal team to exceed revenue growth objectives.
What you'll do:
Support you customers on a daily basis with account needs, requests for resources and other areas of support that may arise in the course of business
Engage with cross functional teams that can help provide insight and support with customers such as D&A, product/ marketing and pricing
Develop and execute on revenue growth plans for accounts in your book of business that expand their relationship with Equifax
Selling our enhanced products and other new products that may be developed throughout the year
Maintain an appropriate amount of face to face time with your customers
Foster and maintain customer/partner trust by developing strong working relationships with client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers.
Drive strong pipeline, development and sales execution; orchestrates EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio.
Role manages a broad pipeline of strategic customers, handles and often leads customer business reviews, contracting and negotiation and account strategy and planning activities.
What experience you need:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in a client facing, strategic sales role; preferably selling SaaS solutions while managing a book of business to drive revenue growth and client retention.
Full PC literacy including MS Office and "contact' database such as Salesforce, ACT!, Goldmine
Bachelor's degree in a business related field or industry preferred; an emphasis in Finance is a plus; commensurate work experience will be considered
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,000 to $155,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
