What You'll Do




  • Support Clients

    • Be the go-to person for client questions via phone and email

    • Check in with new clients after 2, 4, and 6 weeks to make sure they're happy

    • Solve issues quickly and suggest fixes to prevent them for happening again




  • Set Up and Maintain Accounts

    • Customize accounts to fix each client's needs

    • Test accounts to make sure everything works smoothly

    • Update client accounts regularly and keep everything running smoothly




  • Reporting and Scheduling

    • Run reports to answer client questions

    • Update on-call schedules and train clients on scheduling tools




  • Tech Maintenance

    • Help troubleshoot computer or system issues

    • Assist with system updates and upgrades when needed




  • Jump In Where Needed

    • Help with calls during busy times

    • Be part of the after-hours on-call rotation




What You Need




  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


  • Experience: 2 years in a call center of client-facing role


Skills:



  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Great at staying organized and juggling tasks

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel


Bonus Points If You Have:



  • An Associate's Degree

  • 3 years of client support experience


Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with some on-call time.
