Global VP - Aftermarket Parts & Services, Power Systems



Under the direction of the President - Rehlko, this role is globally responsible for establishing and implementing parts pricing and promotion programs to boost parts sales and aftermarket services profitability. Accountable for the P&L of the Aftermarket Parts & Service Business Unit, it will create global standards and policies, collaborate with regional GMs to enhance customer satisfaction, and develop a strategy for a digital customer experience center of excellence. The role prioritizes high-ROI initiatives in strategy, execution, marketing, NPD, pricing, and business processes, aiming to maximize performance in quality, delivery, and EBITA. Key responsibilities include executive leadership, service contract strategy, parts fulfillment, customer support, warranty management, service training, technical product support, and field service support.


This is a Wisconsin-based position and requires frequent travel with preference given for on-site or hybrid (2-3 days per week when not traveling) to Kohler, WI or Milwaukee, WI. Relocation is offered.



Specific Responsibilities:




  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global parts and service strategies to drive growth, customer loyalty, and profitability. Focus on developing and executing the vision for a service contracts strategy. Focus on Data Centers.


  • Digital Customer Experience: Lead the creation and management of a comprehensive digital experience program, including mobile apps, remote monitoring, chatbots, telematics, and web services.


  • Parts Fulfillment & Pricing: Optimize global parts distribution and pricing strategies to meet customer needs while exceeding revenue expectations.


  • Customer Support & Service: Manage a team dedicated to field service, technical product support, and customer training programs to ensure first-call resolution and customer delight.


  • Warranty Management & Technical Support: Oversee warranty processes and technical product support to enhance customer experience and minimize downtime.




Skills/Requirements





  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Extensive experience with global parts distribution, service operations, and business development.

  • Proven leadership in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for a business unit with direct experience growing an aftermarket parts and services segment. Prior PE experience a plus.

  • Expertise in digital customer experiences and developing high-impact service solutions.

The salary range for this position is $227,200 - $301,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
