As an Associate Price Analyst, you will support the pricing and advertiser management functions, ensuring accurate rate processing, system updates, and efficient client onboarding. You will analyze various rate scenarios, manage the ingestion of rates into advertiser accounts, and support the Account Management team with client communication and troubleshooting. You will also work with internal teams and third-party partners to streamline rate ingestion processes, analyze performance data, and ensure the successful onboarding of new advertisers.
This position requires a minimum of 2-3+ years' mortgage related experience.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Perform daily audits to ensure accurate pricing and fee calculations for various advertisers and products.
Execute daily ICB proprietary reports to ensure that all rates are ingested into advertiser accounts accurately and on time. Verify the complete and correct population of all products.
Collaborate with Account Managers to onboard new clients, conducting virtual training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment.
Assist the Business Operations Manager in managing client relationships, addressing rate scenario inquiries, resolving complaints, and correcting account errors. Oversee advertiser traffic and lead complaints, providing solutions and support. Analyze pixel tracking and lead reporting data to identify trends and opportunities.
Work with third party rate ingestion contacts to procure rates for advertisers, trouble shoot, and streamline.
Manage performance reports for various lenders to compile monthly reports and affiliate analytics.
Prepare and present regular sales pipeline updates and analysis during daily and weekly team meetings.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
