Shift: 1st

Schedule: 7:45am - 6:15pm Wednesday & Thursday. 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday. Saturday morning shift at the West Bend Health Center lab. 7:45am - 1:00 pm. (approximately 3 to 4 times each year)

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• 
  Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct patient contact.


• 
  Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, preferred.

EDUCATION:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent is required.


• 
  Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program, preferred.
