THIS IS A CONTINUOUSLY OPEN JOB POSTING

GENERAL SUMMARY:  This individual will teach college level courses within the School of Arts and Sciences.  Adjuncts needed for all subjects within the following disciplines: Biology, History, English, Business, Humanities, and Computer Literacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university; or master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in related discipline.


• Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.


• Three years teaching experience in Higher Education preferred.


• Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies. 


• Must be a strong advocate for integrating technology into the delivery of instruction.


• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and human relations.


• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and resolve conflicts as necessary.


• Must exhibit characteristics of a team player.


• Must be willing to take initiative and assume responsibility.


• Instruction may consist of day and/or night classes, or distance learning.
