Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Mateo, CA that is seeking a skilled and self-motivated GTM & Customer Success Operations Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and expertise in project management methodologies. This GTM & Customer Success Operations Project Manager will most likely be focused on our customer success area.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using tools like Smartsheet

  • Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations

  • Facilitate meetings and calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams

  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones

  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives

  • Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

  • Experience in preparing and delivering detailed status reports

  • PowerPoint - slide deck creation experience

  • Experience working on operational projects, ideally in Customer Sucess, Go-To-Market or Product areas

  • Experience working in the SaaS industry






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
