The Program Manager - Access services will provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multi-disciplinary clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient team operations. Coordinateteam functions and community activities to enhance the quality of treatment consumers receive. Operate within established budgetary guidelines. Answer phones and screen calls for eligibility for services and provide referrals. Complete Behavioral Health Assessment face to face with the consumer. Manage contracts with Laradon and Denver Department of Human Services, Core Services.
STARTING SALARY: $65,365 - $76,900/yr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical records standards. Advocate appropriate services for consumers.
Participate in the development of long and short-term goals for the team that are consistent with program and organizational goals.
Train and evaluate clinical and administrative support staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development of staff while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.
Complete performance evaluations timely and provide appropriate coaching and counseling to ensure all employees perform at satisfactory levels, identify when discipline is appropriate.
Participate in the selection process for internal and external candidates for clinical and support positions.
Assist with the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs of the team. Take corrective action as needed to ensure compliance of established budget.
Perform other responsibilities as required or assigned.
Respond and communicate to community in a timely manner
Look up consumer information on multiple computer platforms
Schedule intake appointments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Understand multiple insurance coverage for Behavior Health
Call social workers at hospitals after fax referrals have been received
Refer consumers to other mental health providers in the community
Coordinate scheduling appointments with team members
Phone screening and documenting the screening
Provide Behavior Health Assessment including a provisional diagnosis
Complete 30 day treatment plans
Supervises clinical and support staff as assigned by Director
Provides performance coaching and evaluation of supervisees
Attend meetings at hospitals within Denver county
Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in psychology, social work or other related human services degree. Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Must have valid Colorado Driver license and a recent clean driving record.
EXPERIENCE: Three years in mental health or human services field. One or more years of manager and/or clinical supervisor experience preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides licensure supervision to assigned clinical and support staff. Evaluates employees, supervise up to 6 employees including other supervisors.
