Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Houston, Texas has an immediate opening for a Digital Coordinator. The Digital Coordinator is an integral part of our media sales team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, dependable, hardworking and can balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Primary role is acting as a liaison between our sales team, our clients, other inter-company departments and our digital vendors
Organize and input both new and revised orders; assist in creating sales proposals, digital campaigns; and provide customer care to help overcome challenges and grow our business
Prepares and assembles digital reports, recaps, and presentations
Assist the Digital Sales Manager and the sales team with digital campaign launches and execution
Work closely with our local social media team to assist with creative, content creation, campaign fulfillment, delivery and recaps
Assist our continuity team by gathering copy for our digital audio campaigns
Work with the Digital Sales Manager to complete weekly, digital reconciliation reports
Work on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
Managing multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
Additional duties as designated by the Digital Sales Manager & Director of Sales
Qualifications:
Experience in the digital space and/or working in digital marketing
An understanding of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics & Campaign Dashboards is a plus
Extensive computer skills including but not limited to extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media along with the understanding of digital advertising and assets involved
Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude
Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
