Volt is immediately hiring for a CNC Machinist & Programmer in the City of Orange, CA!
As a CNC Programmer, you will:
Create and edit CNC programs using Amada's AP100 software
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Data Entry using Net-Link
Routing Entry using Net-Link
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience using Amada's AP100 software
Experience with AP100 programming for a VIPROS358K, FO3015NT, and ENSIS305 with a loader is a plus
Data entry and routing responsibilities.
Have a High school diploma or equivalent
have Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation
have Knowledge of machining processes and tooling selection
show Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
possess Strong attention to detail and quality control
Excellent problem-solving skills
have experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, as well as inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specifications
This is a full time opportunity. 1st Shift, 5:00AM - 1:30PM + OT. Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
