Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Office (CIO) program focused on cybersecurity policy related to Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and CMMC. In this role you will provide program and management guidance for DIB cybersecurity analysis and program operational effectiveness.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide the CMMC program with program management expertise specific to productivity and management methods administration, quality assurance, configuration management, work breakdown structure maintenance and human engineering services.
Analyze and identify opportunities for refinement of the CMMC Program including opportunities to further goals related to CMMC cost-effective and affordability for small businesses.
Provide requirements analysis and information systems design support to develop, accredit, certify, and field an unclassified database for managing CMMC assessment reports and certifications.
Provide technical support processing security requirements associated with CMMC ecosystem that require a Tier 3 background investigation for determination of national security eligibility.
Review analysis related to potential Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) by C3PAOs providing risk-based summaries and recommendations.
Facilitate updating and maintaining facility clearance documentation required to support the DoD's sponsorship of the CMMC Accreditation Body.
Support engagements with foreign partners on developing DIB cybersecurity arrangements and agreements associated with CMMC requirements.
Coordinate with DoD and other federal government stakeholders as needed to facilitate adoption of CMMC-like assessment requirements internationally.
Support the Database Management and CMMC Infrastructure requirements to support the
collection and storage of CMMC assessment data and onboarding of assessor staff within the CMMC ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study
Active DoD Secrect Security Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
10 years progressive relevant experience in supporting technology or cybersecurity programs.
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity standards.
Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs, systems and infrastructure.
Knowledge of CMMC 1.0 and 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements.
Prior experience providing guidance to government technical programs.
Previous experience presenting or briefing high level stakeholders, military officials and policy makers.
