Personality and Proven Sr. Technical BA
Ability to effectively plan and lead refinement meetings and write detailed technical user stories
We would be looking for a self-starter, someone who can guide momentum and create trust, and a quick learner who is willing to dive into complex problems.

Provide technical expertise and analysis to drive the build out of our new policy admin and underwriting systems
Very Strong Technical Acumen:
-Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate to business requirements
-Experience reading and handling XML payloads
-Experience building and managing APIs

Strong analytical skills to support in depth analysis of complex technical builds
