Qualifications
What you will do:
Responsible for developing low code solution for Partnership Tax workpapers.
Should have extensive knowledge in Partnership Tax Compliance with an understanding of ONESOURCE, GoRS, CCH, Excel Macro/VBA, Alteryx
Will work with Partnership Tax Subject Matter experts to design, develop, test and deploy Partnership Tax Compliance tools.
Implement enhancements, and bug fixes
Work with 3rd parties for integration via APIs when applicable
Assist with deployment efforts such as change management and training
Provide support to end users
Bring opportunities for improvement on product development that is in line with the firm's growth initiatives in tax
Identify opportunities within the business that our team can successfully impact for future projects
Successful candidates will have:
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred
General understanding of Agile development process is preferred but not required
Background in partnership tax
Experience with process improvement and automation (Lean Six Sigma experience a plus) preferred but not required
Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
Strong understand of internal tax department software tools (CCH Axcess, GoFileRoom, Caseware, GoSystem) as well as additional tools used in the market (ONESOURCE, Bloomberg)
Ability to collaborate well with others, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of project
Excellent organizational and time management skills and is a creative problem solver

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $97,420 to $211,090. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
