Job Description:

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join their leadership team for the Housekeeping Department! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor's museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk! It boasts 2 Food and Beverage outlets and 128,043 sq ft of meeting space.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Housekeeping department, is ready to expand or continue their experience at a larger property operation and with a unionized department, is computer skilled, organized, detail oriented and proactive. Experience with ONQ and HotSos is preferred, but not essential.

Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility with AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 7AM, and ending as late as 11.30PM, depending on business. Weekends and holidays availability is required.

Salary: $75,000 - $77,000 per year

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
• Oversee and conduct room inspections
• Recruit, interview and train team members
