Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the System Administrator for the MES System
- Lead the integration of MES, SCADA, and DCS systems, with a strong focus on DeltaV.
- Analyze and understand control system code for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Work on IT/OT integration projects, including data mapping, parameterization, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the team on the development of a scalable product for seamless system configurations.
- Ensure strong IP security and adherence to NDA and confidentiality agreements.
- Work independently in a small, hands-on team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience with Syncade
- Bachelors of Engineering Degree
- Extensive experience Syncade system, Recipes authoring, Records and reports
- Experience with DeltaV, including system integration and configuration.
- Familiarity with Emerson DCS systems and other platforms like Siemens PCS7 or PlantPAx.
- Knowledge of MES, SCADA, or DCS systems and their integration processes.
- Hands-on experience with bioreactors, process equipment, and SKID systems.
- Ability to analyze existing recipes and batch records and propose improvements
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot control system code.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and batch data processing.
