Overview
i3 is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize strong organization skills to migrate data across various platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000


The salary range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, geographic location, and any applicable laws.
Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage data into Government database systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
  • Integrate data from various digital document formats into centralized systems.
  • Establish and maintain standard folder and file structures, including consistent naming conventions and layouts for effective organization.
  • Transfer and format data from Government-provided sources into instructional work products using various software tools.
  • Work with front-end applications such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office 365, and other instructional design tools.
  • Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Security Clearance: Candidate must have the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.


Preferred Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat (pdf), and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience or familiarity with agile development methodology and processes.
  • Experience or familiarity with configuration management software tools.

  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
