Job Details:



This position is responsible for accurately tracking finished product using a variety of systems while working safely and adhering to Tyson's policies and procedures.



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - Production end;



Starting Pay: $16.25


1. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN COOL ENVIRONMENT (40 TO 50 DEGREES) FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
2. MUST KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE QUALITY ASSURANCE METAL DETECTOR AND FOREIGN MATERIAL POLICY.
3. MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE QUALITY ASSURANCE METAL DETECTOR AND BAG SEAL TRAINING. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED).
4. MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ORDER TO WORK WITH QA TEAM MEMBERS, MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBERS AND MANAGEMENT.
5. MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME (8 HOURS OR LONGER).
6. MUST BE A SELF STARTER, DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK WITHOUT DIRECT SUPERVISION.
7. MUST ABIDE BY ALL COMPANY SAFETY POLICIES AND CORE SAFETY MANDATES.
8. MUST HAVE BASIC MATH SKILLS AND BE ABLE TO OPERATE CALCULATOR.
9. MUST PERIODICALLY CHECK


1. PREPARING ALL DEPARTMENTAL PAPERWORK ACCURATELY, LEGIBLY AND BECOME HACCP CERTIFIED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ACCEPTING THE POSITION. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED).
2. POSSIBLE ROTATION TO MANIFEST ANOTHER LINE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.
3. SETTING UP AND OPERATING TWO (2) DIFFERENT LABEL APPLICATIONS. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED).
4. PROLONGED STANDING AND BENDING WHILE MAINFESTING ALL PALLETS IN AND OUT OF THE DEPARTMENT. THE CASE LABEL AND ID LABEL FOR ACCURACY.


10. MUST FOLLOW ALL OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT.
