Job Details:
The person in this position is responsible for keeping any chicken and any other trash off of the floor using a squeegee and a shovel to keep the floor clean. This position is also responsible for periodically going to the upstairs scale platform to pick up the chicken that falls on the floor from the shaker conveyors, collecting the product in inedible barrels and delivering the product to the stack-off area.

Starting pay rate: $16.25/hr
Requirements
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work in a humid/wet environment.
Must be able to work in a cold environment.
Must be able to stand and walk during the 8 hour shift.
Must be able to go up and down stairs throughout the 8 hour shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be a full-time team member and have completed the 90-day probationary period. If there are no qualified candidates, probationary team members will be considered. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must not have a self-demotion or declined a job bid in the last six (6) months, unless the bid is to a higher class
Must have less than 8 attendance points at the time of the bid and to be awarded the job.
Any team member who accumulates 8 or more attendance points, who holds a class 2 or above position, will be demoted to any available class 1 position in the plant.
NON-DISCRETIONARY JOBS- are awarded to the Team Member with the most seniority within the department. Should the department not produce any bids; the job will be bid facility wide and awarded to the most senior Team Member.
