General Summary
We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for an individual to join our team as an Inclusive Diversity Intern. This role involves a variety of communications tasks, including writing articles, managing intranet content and posts, and creating media assets. The intern will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and may be required to travel occasionally.
Essential Job Accountabilities
Write and publish articles and manage intranet content.
Develop and design media assets to support various initiatives.
Collaborate with different teams to implement programs that promote inclusive diversity.
Assist in organizing and supporting internal and external events.
Support engagement portfolio programs aimed at raising awareness, encouraging participation, and fostering engagement across the organization.
Education
High School diploma required and current enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning such as a college or university. Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or closely related degree
Requirements
Must provide own transportation and be able to work in-person at our Watsonville, CA office.
This is a hybrid role, with some tasks performed remotely and others on-site.
The internship will include training on the company's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Base Hourly Wage Range :Hourly: $23.00 $25.00 Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
