Position Summary:



  • Partner with IT teams to establish financial planning and IT product costing capabilities to support resource allocation and decision-making.

  • Lead the implementation of financial planning, technology costing, and value tracking tools with the IT leadership team.

  • Streamline and automate financial management tasks related to vendors, purchase orders, and invoices to improve efficiency and data models.

  • Develop and manage IT cost reporting and transparency initiatives, and lead the transformation of global IT cost charge-back/allocation proposals.



In this role, you will:



  • Implement financial planning, reporting, and costing capabilities to improve transparency and decision-making.

  • Simplify the IT purchase order to invoice management process, consolidating activities to 2-3 roles while maintaining financial controls.

  • Develop and execute a change and communication program to embed new financial planning and cost transparency capabilities.

  • Establish a productivity/cost optimization management system to deliver annual productivity improvements.

  • Develop a vision for IT showback and chargeback to improve decision-making and accountability.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA beneficial.

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive financial, business partnership, and leadership experience. Project and change management experience desired. TBM or CPG product costing experience preferred.

  • Technology: Understanding of digital technology industry, trends, products, and emerging technologies.

  • Industry: Experience in multi-national, matrix organizations desired.

  • Skills: Effective communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build a compelling business case.
