Description




Summary:



This position will focus mostly in the Identity and access management sector. We will have the user working closely with mergers and acquisitions onboarding.


This position will consist of manual provisioning, research, and flexible outside the box thinking to help the integration effort of a new company into our main sector.


The worker will be logging into multiple systems to grant access for our customer.



Education/ Experience:



Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field - preferred. 1-2 years related experience.



Skills and Competencies:



Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral.


.Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation.


Knowledge of Active Directory, risk assessment and Microsoft Suites.


Knowledge of computer software. Ability to work independently. Organized with strong time management.


Teamwork and Cooperation.
