Lead Weatherford's Permian Liner Hanger team. Provide strategic support to achieve Weatherford's goals in the areas of Capital and Efficiency, inventory demand planning, technical stewardship, service excellence, Quality and Personnel Development. Focuses on documenting business processes, developing the tools necessary for their effective implementation (e.g. metrics and tracking mechanisms), and facilitating communication among all stakeholders. The role is expected to independently manage projects as well as provide support in the implementation of various business processes and organizational systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of assigned projects. Define scope, develop project plan, coordinate efforts and activities among team members and related parties. Plan, schedule, and lead meetings/calls. Manage all documents, record keeping, and change control.
Provide Technical and Service Excellence input and support for the relevant area of expertise
Work with subject-matter experts (OTC, CTM, Legal, Sales, etc.) and operations managers to document business processes and develop supporting instructional materials.
Collaborate with A&I and Area Operation and provide input to inventory demand planning, E&O management as well as redeployment
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to design an effective plan to communicate and implement the new processes.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate regulatory bodies and industry forums
Strategically leverage different parts of the organization and manage across product lines to achieve growth in conjunction with product roll out and offerings.
Address QHSE and Reliability issues at the time of their identification and to implement the appropriate strategies that maintain QHSE awareness throughout the workforce.
Assist area QHSE in incident investigations and corrective actions.
Develop and coordinate Personnel training and competency assessment
Lead and coordinate teams, schedule project timelines, arrange for resources to manage a positive resolution of technical problems as and when needed.
Responsible for technical support for field operations and liaison to Engineering, Business Development, and Product Line Managers
Research and coordinate key client technical requirements for management consideration
Responsible for the review and analyse of procedures to determine if benefits derived and possible applications are operationally feasible
Influence internal stakeholders and play a pivotal role in the improvement of Company PL capabilities
Track and communicate relevant KPIs in a way that is meaningful and user-friendly to business leaders.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Minimum 6-9 years of relevant operational experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
