RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Sierra Vista, AZ that is seeking a Security Receptionist. This role is a rotating schedule that covers the 24x7x365 operations. This position will require flexible hours. Candidates must be able to support scheduling flexibility for all required shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Verify appropriate identification is present and visible on all personnel attempting entry


• Verify all guests in Defense Information System Security (DISS)


• Issue appropriate badge, based on defined requirements, prior to permitting entry into


• Greet all incoming and outgoing staff and customers


• Take appropriate action, as necessary, to ensure proper handling of classified material to mitigate breaches in security, policy, or procedures


• Support the physical security requirements, as defined for the position


• Assist in the Incident Reporting procedures, as defined


• Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks


• Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives


• Coordinate with external organizations


• Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the Security Receptionist team


• Assist with regular security checks, document findings, and assist with remediation efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED and 4 years of experience or AA/AS and 2 years of experience or BA/BS and 0 years of customer service experience


• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information


• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills


• Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed


• Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
