The schedule for this position is M-F days/1st shift - subject to change to a 2-2-3 days rotation in the future, dependent on department needs

About This Role 

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the manufacturing process by receiving raw materials, processing manufacturing orders, performing weighing and dispensing activities, and shipping the final drug substance. You will be responsible for ensuring that each stage of production operates in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. Maintaining a high standard of quality and safety is essential in this position, and your attention to detail will help drive continuous improvement across operations. 

 

WhatYou'llDo 


  • Receives GMP material using the Warehouse management system (WMS) following applicable procedures 

  • Processes Move Orders for MFG and Labs using the WMS 

  • Performs cycle counts following applicable procedures 

  • Maintains all Materials Management applicable training and required GXP trainings are 100% complete 

  • Operates Powered Industrial Trucks safely 

  • Apply company policies and procedures, follow cGMP guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members and supervision

Qualifications

Required Skills 


  • Completed High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus minimum of 3 years of warehouse/materials management experience in a GMP environment

  • Powered Industrial Trucks: Forklifts, order selectors, electric pallet jack experience 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey process information, ability to work effectively within a team

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Oracle - Warehouse management System (WMS)
