About the Team

A Sr. Technical Data Conversion Consultant is a member of Workday's Global Technical Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our cloud-based software within the Healthcare industry. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!

About the Role

The Sr. Technical Consultant works closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer's various technical requirements. These requirements include integrations between Workday and adjacent systems in the customer landscape, migration of data from existing customer systems to Workday, and relevant reporting and analytic solutions. The Sr. Technical Consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering.

Base Qualifications (Required)

• 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR


• 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR


• 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience

Other Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience working within or with customers in the Healthcare Acute Caregiving industry


• Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.


• Proficiency with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling


• Experience with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load


• Experience in the software implementation lifecycle - including data requirements gathering, dataset migration, data reconciliation, and move to production


• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with diverse partners to define requirements and resolve data issues


• Experience in mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.


• Experience leading a Data Conversion workstream on a software implementation

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,800 USD - $175,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $105,700 USD - $195,600 USD
