Hays Facilities Management is partnered with a leading commercial cleaning and facilities management services company. This organization is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager.
Your new role
The job duties of the Business Development Manager will include, among others:
Bringing in new business and increasing the company's revenue and market share
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the target markets
Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company's value proposition and benefits
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with optimal terms and conditions
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in sales, especially in the janitorial space
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the facilities management market and trends
Experience of selling on an aggregate vs self-performing model
*To be based in Central NJ, but the client is open to multiple geographic locations
What you'll get in return
Base range between $100-130K, plus an aggressive equity model
