CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support program and project management activities through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A bachelor’s degree is required, and familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is preferred.
Support program management activities by tracking deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain data dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports to monitor program success and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in preparing program documentation, including presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of data submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between program teams and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Identify trends and insights through data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in the development of templates and tools to standardize program operations and reporting.
Participate in special projects and initiatives to support program goals and innovation efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in program or project analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of R programming or other statistical software.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
Understanding of quality assurance and process improvement techniques.
