JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Team Lead

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive daily continuous improvement and participate actively in APSYS workouts and events. Responsibility to drive Lean methodology across all functions including: EHS, Quality, Productivity, Drive to ensure OTD and Utilization objectives Create and drive Problem Solving / Issues and Opportunities for abnormalities Create, audit, modify and follow Standard Work for the area Interface with maintenance/staff to prioritize needs Perform cross training and Lean training Work with other leaders to assure your line is fully “staffed” every day Work as an effective team member focused on meeting / exceeding business goals and creating a safe working environment & culture Ability to lead team through example Ability to provide constructive feedback and direction to team members

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of SAP, Windows, Word, and Excel
• Well-respected by peers and leaders
